Ron is President of Automated Completions Technologies, and is focused on marketing our PTI and JPI product lines in the USA and South American markets. Ron brings his extensive background in those markets with him from his 40 year history in Oilfield Service, managing operations offshore, inland, and onshore in the US and South American markets.

Mr. Richard currently holds the position of Director at both Automated Completions Technologies Inc. and Automated Rig Technologies Ltd. Mr. Richard founded Iron Derrickman Ltd. in 2004 and the company sold to Weatherford International in 2008. Previously a group led by Mr. Richard started the HAL Design Group specializing in Oilfield equipment and rig design later becoming Iron Derrickman Ltd. Mainline Hydraulics (Industries) Ltd. was founded in 1983 by Mr. Richard and sold to Tesco in 1997. Dave has been involved with hydraulic systems and machinery design since 1975.

Chief Financial Officer, Lucia (Lucy) Sebestyen is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University, she has worked in the O&G industry and with essentially this same group of talented folks for over 23 years.  Lucia’s strong knowledge and experience in financial forecasting, business planning, resource allocation, accounting, and controls have kept her very busy over the years on business start-ups & sales, integrations & acquisitions.

Harold Miller is a professional engineer and currently holds the position of VP, Engineering. He brings a broad range of experience to the design team.
Prior to joining Automated Rig/Automated Completions, Harold was employed by one of the largest drilling contractors for over 17 years and held many positions ranging from Operations Engineer, planning wells and specifying rig equipment to Engineering Manager and on to General Manager of a manufacturing facility with 125 shop employees. Harold has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University. Prior to University, Harold worked on drilling rigs in Alberta and BC.

Andrew currently holds the position of President of Automated Rig Technologies Ltd. Andrew works very closely with both Dave and Ron to introduce the Jointed Pipe Injector Technology to the market. In his 22 years of industry experience, Andrew has been apart of the fabrication & assembly, design, management, and deployment of a number of drilling rigs and innovative products to the Oil & Gas extraction industry.
